Hubby is ill now and he got 2days MC to recuperate - luckily it is not the virus which is attacking M'SIA now (MASYALLAH MINTA DIJAUHKAN) but one must be careful even when they have the slightest fever, so mesti pergi clinic for check up.

lepas dah jumpa doctor yang pertama (company's panel clinic), hubby masih lagi rasa tak sedap badan dan terus pegi jumpa another doctor (clinic near by home) untuk dapatkan another opinion and true enuff hubby is suffering of bloating stomach (angin), kesian dia..

lepas makan ubat, hubby suggest to go for urut (massage) kat newly open massage/reflexology centre kat Tesco Ampang.

price is affordable and the place is comfortable & clean..yang penting harga berpatutan..dekat lak tu ngan rumah.. lagi le baguss ..

slacking is only that the treatment place doesn't come with tirai/penghadang..orang yang lalu lalang kat cashier counter tesco..boleh nampak kita di urut..ye lah to those dek non dek non yang pakai tudung nak urut kaki nak kena tarik kain/seluar hingga ke paras lutut untuk di urut, mesti malu orang dok tengok kan... they should look into putting some sort of divider ker aper..
