We had invaluable and awesome experience of evergreen rainforest & nature surroundings to end the year of 2008, our last vacation. We pack & leave on Monday, 29/12/08 (which falls on my buff day—thank u hubby for the great gift – the trip!!) woo hoo the adventure starts. We depart home and drove right through from Kuala Lumpur – Karak highway – Jerantut – Taman Negara – arrived 2.30pm at Rainforest Resort. Overall I would rate the resort – Good
I rate the following aspects as:-
Unit Cleanliness upon check in – excellent
Unit ready at schedule time – excellent
Conditions of towels and pillow – smelly pillow – disappointing
Conditions of furnishing(curtain, furniture, lighting) – some unit does not have same furnishing like standing light & table lamp - fair
air condition - leaking outside the unit slippery to move around - disapointment
Resort area - excellent
Responsiveness of staff to your needs – good
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff – good
Staff’s knowledge of local area and resort activities – the renjer who was assign to take us for the activity was very informative & friendly - excellent
Housekeeping – fair
If the hotel people happen to see my comments there’s always room for improvement so take this to get better on the quality & services of the resort. kalo ada yg baca le..otherwise it will be very informative for others ..

my little boy was the only child at his age doing jungle trekking & canopy walking -- there are other children - foreigners but older like 10yrs. i am very proud of mylittle boy being able to go through the tough activity same as the adults..wow..
