level 4 entrance door open with only 2 doors -WTF whose stupid idea was that, there's a huge crowd of people queuing like mad from ground floor to level 4 entrance door that has created a lot of furious, shouting and pushing... dia bukak 1 pintu macam pintu jamban umah aku jeeekkkk..aduhhh tension betullll...

dah masuk & duduk..ni la muka BENGANG dalam SENYUMAN..

nasib performance artist AJL 2010 superb..paling best to me persembahan terbaik dari Faizal Tahir walaupun sakit tuh siap bertongkat (dah mcm arwah micheal jackson)

tapi pemenang persembahan terbaik Aizat -Kau dan Aku..

yang paling hampeh adalah JUARA AJL2010 -- Aizat?!?!?!.. - Pergi

macam tak percaya jekkk kan... hehe..tapi itulah kenyataannya

All in all.. we enjoyed the nite and hope to be able to get better seat next year..VIP SEAT KERRR muahahaha...ada hati lagi tuuuuh :-)

BATAM ISLAND, INDONESIA

we were in Batam Island on the last week of Yr 2009, from 28/12 - 30/12.Batam island is connected by ferry services from Johor Bahru or Singapore. I was really excited as it was my first visit to Batam, same goes to hubby & little boy.

1st day - 28/12/09

we left home after i settled some of my office matters, about 10am from KL. we have to make a stopover in Pontian to deliver some documents and finally reach JB at 4pm and after meeting with my husband's cousin who is staying in JB as we need to park our car at his home for the next 2 days, we adjourne from my husband cousin's home to the zone ferry terminal in JB, book ticket for 6PM, (Indonesian Time, 1 hr behind Malaysian time) so we reached Batam at abt 6PM Indo time.

nasib dah book supir - pak awin. dia dah tunggu kat ferry terminal (batam centre) to bring us to hotel - rupanya hotel yang we book situated was about 45 minutes from Batam Center.

kat sana around 6pm dah macam 7pm ..dah gelap.. so the wholeday on the 1st day of our trip gone just on the transportation..

we arrived at the hotel, Turi Beach Resort (Nongsa Area) at 8ish pm. the lobby was really huge and i was amazed with the breathtaking view. As the lobby was on a hill, you can see the sea view that facing JB, all light up.

There are two wings in this resort, we were booked on the old wing, as soon as we reach the room and take a look around i was immediately dissapointed. The old wing was rather old and shabby and look really run-down. (according to the bell boy the old wing was about 20yrs old -- no wonder lah)

defitinely need to change room. so hubby kata relax dulu sini and we will change room the next morning. since we are just going to stay for 1 nite here which will be gone in couple of hours - so we unpack and tidur..




2nd day - 29/12/09

after breakfast we moved to the new wing, the new Tirta Wing. of course we pay a little bit more, but then we definitely enjoyed the new room. yg tak puas hati, from the hotel rates to other hotel service incld restaurants all in SGD.

plan for today - Batam Centre for shopping

Mega Mall Batam Centre - shooping centre located in Batam Central Business - sebelah ferry terminal - most of the shops here selling clothing and basic supplies.

Nagoya shopping centre - is the biggest mall in Batam and hosted the Matahari departmental store.

We make a last stop at one of the mall (tak ingat nama) siap ada macam Giant supermarket but still nothing interest me.

Since we dont plan on going anywhere after lunch so went back to hotel for rest & more rest..

The rest of our time here in Batam were just spent lazing around at the hotel,the pool and beach.

At night we walk up to the nusa indah island bar which is connected via a nice wooden bridge which is also a fishing spot area. It was so windy and nice to look back at the resort in night view.

3rd day - 30/12/09

our last day at the resort, and we get a late check out until 3PM. after breakfast, we spent the last few hours at the pool and later relax and packing at the room.

All in all -- we love the resort & had a relaxing time here.

We take a ferry back to Singapore at 5.20pm.

Arrived at Harbour Centre ferry terminal at 7pm and the immigration check takes an hour since there are a lot of non-singaporean for passport stamping and customs check.

Harbour Centre Singapore is a huge ferry terminal and it connected to a mall called Vivo. a very nice building.

Hubby's cousin already waited for us somewhere close to the harbour centre which is outside the hawker stall area and the three of us were walking around and asking people how the hell to get out of the building and find that hawker stall area.. and lassttttlly we found him and make way to Mustapa Centre.

As usual, we dont recognize the road to most places in Singapore area. so memang kena ada orang tolong hantarkan.. after buying some stuff at Mustapa we left to meet my husband's uncle and his family. and baru rehatttttttttttt...penat gila...

Left Singapore for JB at 1AM..What a DAYYY!!

4th day - 31/12/09

Mutiara Hotel JB.. pernah stay at this hotel dulu masa buat job assignment with SIL more then 12yrs ago.. and was known before as Holiday Villa.

Teringat balik kenangan 1st time ke JB & Singapore masa tu :-)

The room is a complimentary from Orient Rewards programme. We also get a late check out until 2pm. so after taking breakfast we spent some time at the pool.

We say goodbye to JB at abt 9pm after dinner with hubby's cousin & family at nearby restaurant. Thank you to Ilal & Ida and three children, Qayum, Ariyan & Nikki - not only for your most wonderful hospitality while we was at JB but going around JB & Singapore, has been extremely appreciated.

Husband bawa keta lajuuuuu as we need to pick up our maid at LCCT airport, her time of arrival about 11.40pm -- biasa la airasia//flight delay, 2 months maid-less gone by really fast ...huhu..

so my holidays end here..
